About This Role
- Manage and configure Salesforce environment including user roles, security, custom objects, workflows, and data management.
- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrate APIs to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver Salesforce enhancements, provide user training, and maintain reports and dashboards.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years hands-on Salesforce platform management and development experience.
- Total work experience requirement: 6-10 years.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce admin/development tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field plus Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end Salesforce administration and custom development in medium to large scale environments.
- Proficient in Salesforce integration and automation using APIs, Flow Builder, Process Builder, and custom coding.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to align Salesforce capabilities with business goals.
