About This Role
- Run and analyze API and UI test automations to ensure product quality.
- Prepare and execute test plans for specific features, including manual and automated testing.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams on CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and provide technical support and guidance to ensure software meets business and quality needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years experience as a QA automation engineer, focusing on API and UI automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong programming skills in C# and Python and experience with automation testing tools including Selenium and desktop automation tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum), CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, version control systems like Git and SourceTree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing, coding, testing, and debugging automation test cases across different environments with a focus on quality and operational needs.
- Skilled in Agile software development environment and best practices like TDD and CI/CD integration.
- Technical proficiency that enables resolving challenging programming and design issues and collaborating within cross-functional teams including dev ops.
