About This Role
- Develop and automate solutions to accelerate developer velocity while ensuring quality, stability, and security standards.
- Analyze and optimize local development workflows, build tools, and environment performance including codebase profiling and tuning.
- Leverage AI technologies and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance developer productivity, CI/CD pipelines, and software architecture best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience in fast-paced environments.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Java, Spring, and Tomcat including debugging, profiling, and performance tuning.
- Strong expertise in build systems such as Maven (preferred), Gradle, or Bazel and container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in scaling developer productivity through automation and AI integration with a strong ownership for performance optimization.
- Proficient in cross-functional collaboration with architects, developers, and release engineering teams to improve CI/CD and developer environments.
- Experienced in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern developer tooling with a focus on maintainable software architecture and developer support workflows.
