About This Role
- Develop and implement test specifications and validation strategies for Battery Energy Storage System control software.
- Automate and execute SIL and HIL test cases using Python (pytest) for embedded software and control algorithms.
- Configure and operate HIL platforms and integrate validation with CI/CD pipelines in Agile environments, utilizing AI-assisted tools to enhance test coverage.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in software validation and test automation.
- Proficiency in Python-based test automation with pytest framework.
- Experience with HIL/SIL testing, embedded software validation, and control algorithm testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or related field; Location requirement: Bangalore office near Metro (Purple route).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in model-based development environments (MATLAB/Simulink) and real-time systems validation.
- Familiarity with Linux, Docker, CI/CD tools (GitHub, JIRA, Confluence), and Agile methodologies in global team settings.
- Knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems domain and ability to leverage AI tools to improve validation efficiency.
