ITIL certification or relevant equivalent required; experience with ServiceNow/ITSM tools for day-to-day operations.
Experienced in operational support and technical assistance center (TAC) environments managing mission-critical IT production systems with strong understanding of IT internal controls and regulatory compliance.
Strategic thinker with ability to develop architecture roadmaps and implement governance in cloud environments, showing leadership in enforcing standards.
Proficient in automation/scripting tools like PowerShell, Bash, or Azure CLI with practical exposure to cloud certifications (Az-900, AZ-104 preferred).
