About This Role
- Manage, operate, and support 24x7 AWS environments for multiple customers ensuring network performance and availability.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex cloud network architectures including TCP/IP, VLAN/VXLAN, VRF, QoS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, Azure Hub & Spoke, Vnet Peering, and Private Link.
- Establish network policies, standards, and architecture strategies on Azure and support cloud onboarding, including monitoring, security, and operational governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on cloud networking and troubleshooting experience in large distributed public cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN/VXLAN, VRF, QoS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, and Azure networking technologies with practical experience in network design and implementation.
- Experience managing and supporting AWS and Azure cloud environments including network connectivity and service implementations.
- ITIL certification or relevant equivalent required; experience with ServiceNow/ITSM tools for day-to-day operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational support and technical assistance center (TAC) environments managing mission-critical IT production systems with strong understanding of IT internal controls and regulatory compliance.
- Strategic thinker with ability to develop architecture roadmaps and implement governance in cloud environments, showing leadership in enforcing standards.
- Proficient in automation/scripting tools like PowerShell, Bash, or Azure CLI with practical exposure to cloud certifications (Az-900, AZ-104 preferred).
