About This Role
- Provide L2/L3 production support for mission-critical enterprise applications and cloud infrastructure, focusing on reliability and availability.
- Monitor systems using Dynatrace, Splunk, and observability tools to detect and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
- Lead incident management activities including triaging, troubleshooting, coordinating cross-team efforts, and performing Root Cause Analysis to drive preventive measures.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 13 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Production Support.
- Mandatory expertise in Azure Cloud, Java application support, Linux administration, Dynatrace, Splunk, Incident Management, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be able to work onsite in Bangalore following a 5-day work from office model and 12 PM to 10 PM shift.
