About This Role
- Own end-to-end software quality, including test planning, risk identification, release readiness, defect triage, and root cause analysis.
- Define and execute comprehensive test strategies including functional, integration, system, performance, and automated testing, integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead test architecture and automation efforts, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on quality and risk aspects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science.
- 8 to 10 years of overall experience in software testing.
- Experience with software test planning, test strategy definition, and defect management.
- Work Experience Required: 8 to 10 years in software testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading software testing and quality engineering for product development including automation and non-functional testing.
- Proficient with programming/scripting languages (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript) and familiar with test and automation tools (Azure DevOps, Postman, JMeter).
- Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively in Agile/Scrum and CI/CD/DevOps environments, with exposure to stage-gated new product development and cybersecurity practices.
