About This Role
- Lead end-to-end SAP service delivery for transformational projects and AMS, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and client satisfaction.
- Manage multi-geography client accounts with full P&L responsibility driving top-line growth and cost optimization.
- Lead large cross-functional global teams, implement process improvements, and maintain executive stakeholder relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in SAP delivery management including transformational SAP projects and AMS operations.
- Mandatory SAP certification in relevant modules and Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, core SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, HR), and SAP implementation methodologies.
- Work location offers flexible arrangements with up to 25-30% travel; PMP certification required, ITIL Foundation preferred.
