About This Role
- Lead one or more Agile product teams to deliver business and customer value aligned with strategic product initiatives and roadmaps.
- Own and prioritize product backlog ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer needs, risk, and regulatory requirements.

- Proven ability to define user stories, acceptance criteria, manage competing priorities, dependencies, risks, and deliver commitments.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Commercial Banking or related financial domains (e.g., Lending, Treasury Management, Payments) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong operating experience in managing cross-functional Agile product teams within matrixed, compliance-driven enterprises.
- Demonstrated ability to balance customer value, operational efficiency, and regulatory risk in product delivery.
