About This Role
- Own the QA process for Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud including defining strategy, test plans, and scenarios.
- Develop and maintain manual and automated test cases/scripts, build test automation frameworks primarily using Playwright, integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
- Leverage AI-powered testing tools for test creation, maintenance, defect triage and collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure quality releases.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce QA engineering or related role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom objects.
- Hands-on expertise with Playwright automation tool is mandatory; experience with AI-assisted testing tools preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Experienced Salesforce QA engineer adept at functional, regression, UAT, API, and integration testing within Agile/DevOps environments.
- Proficient in automation frameworks with Playwright and application of AI-driven testing techniques to improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally with developers, admins, and business stakeholders and mentoring junior QA team members.
