About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions including integration of software and hardware for product/system performance and reliability.
- Lead software design projects, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality standards through testing and documentation.
- Provide mentorship to junior personnel and engage with senior stakeholders and external customers for technical problem-solving and collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related engineering discipline; or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience; 3+ years with an Advanced Degree.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development frameworks.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experienced in moderately complex software design and development projects with a strong understanding of software architecture and system-level programming.
- Demonstrates ability to independently manage multiple priorities while providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
