About This Role
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-powered products aligning with enterprise goals and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with business Product Owners, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate organizational goals into clear backlog items and Agile delivery plans.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and drive prioritization balancing business value, technical feasibility, and AI model performance, while managing AI-specific product risks such as model drift and bias.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technology environment.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, managing product backlogs, and familiarity with AI/ML products or data analytics platforms strongly preferred.
- Work hours operate in US CST timezone (8am-4pm CST).

- Experienced in AI/ML product management with strong understanding of AI concepts, data pipelines, and model evaluation.
- Able to lead cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies, translating complex stakeholder requirements into actionable user stories and delivery plans.
- Skilled in balancing competing priorities and making trade-offs in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with multiple concurrent initiatives.
