About This Role
- Deploy, integrate, and operationalize enterprise Generative AI platforms within secure, on-premise, air-gapped banking environments.
- Manage and optimize AI workloads on Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes including containerization, GPU operation, and LLM inference performance.
- Collaborate closely with client IT, infrastructure, security, and AI teams to troubleshoot and ensure production-ready, secure deployments.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering or related fields.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in MLOps / LLMOps.
- Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, NVIDIA GPUs and NVIDIA GPU Operator.
- Work location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Full-time, On-site role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise deploying and tuning enterprise AI platforms in regulated or secure (air-gapped) environments, preferably in banking or BFSI sectors.
- Technical proficiency with Kubernetes ecosystem tools such as Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD, and OpenShift Pipelines and with GPU performance tuning technologies.
- Proven ability to work directly with client security, IT, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex deployment blockers and ensure secure, scalable solutions.
