About This Role
- Own and drive product portfolio strategy for IMEA region aligned with regional and global priorities.
- Lead portfolio optimization initiatives including segmentation, pricing, SKU management, and risk mitigation for business continuity.
- Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights and support decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Product Management, Business Analytics or Portfolio Management.
- Advanced analytical skills with working experience in Excel and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of pricing, margins and portfolio profitability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing product lifecycle and portfolio profitability in a regional or global context, especially within IMEA or similar markets.
- Capable of partnering effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, supply chain, finance, and R&D to translate market needs into portfolio strategies.
- Highly skilled in data analysis and creating automated reporting solutions (Excel, Power BI, SAP/ERP) to accelerate business insights and decision speed.
