Experience negotiating multi-million-dollar agreements with major technology vendors and partnering with legal/privacy counsel on complex contract terms.
Experienced leader skilled in managing global teams and executing large-scale, complex software and cloud sourcing deals under matrixed corporate structures.
Deep domain expertise in enterprise technology licensing, cloud pricing models, and software procurement governance including legal, privacy, and compliance integration.
Strong capability in stakeholder management and communication with senior global tech stakeholders and business partners to translate complex tech needs into sourcing strategies.
