Strong architectural mindset with focus on reliability, security, scalability, performance, and non-functional requirements.
Experience mentoring senior engineers and contributing to engineering standards and Inner Source communities.
Ability to influence technical direction collaboratively with cross-functional leadership in product and architecture domains.
