About This Role
- Lead and manage the Hyderabad Shared Service Center's finance operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and regulatory financial reporting for a global organization.
- Oversee quarterly and annual financial statement reviews, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including auditors to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Provide operational leadership to a finance team of 40–60 members, including managing performance, process improvements, and transitioning additional services to the Hyderabad SSC.
Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years of finance experience specifically in Close-to-Report, Record to Report, and Tax processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Commerce; Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting and financial systems experience preferably with Oracle and FCCS.
- Experience managing large teams (40–60 members) and global financial and regulatory reporting processes.
