About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple teams within Private Market Operations in Hyderabad, overseeing functions such as Performance, Research, Operations, Marketing, and Underwriting.
- Define and execute strategic roadmap aligning with global objectives, driving operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation across processes.
- Ensure timely execution of private market transactions, maintain KPIs/SLAs, mitigate operational risks, and lead transformation initiatives including process improvement and digital automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, specifically in private markets or asset management operations in an international environment.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Mathematics.
- Experience managing large teams and complex operational environments with knowledge of real estate and fund structures.
- Fluency in English; experience working with global delivery models and matrixed organizations is preferred.
