About This Role
- Own the technical implementation and execution of complex data migrations and integrations for APAC customers, from feasibility through production rollout and operational handoff.
- Develop and maintain reusable migration tools, automation, and playbooks to improve speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Build and validate migration processes focusing on reliability, security, observability, and compliance with customer-specific requirements and industry standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in backend, data, integration, implementation engineering or similar roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, REST APIs, and understanding of relational databases and data transformation.
- Experience managing production migrations or integrations from design, testing, rollout to handoff.
- Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad, India on designated office days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).

- Operates effectively in complex, ambiguous environments handling multiple customer systems with incomplete data and requirements.
- Experienced in building scalable, secure migration infrastructure and operational standards.
- Comfortable coordinating with regional teams and translating customer and architectural requirements into technical execution plans.
