Work Experience Required: 2+ years with relevant HR/payroll/time & attendance systems.
Experienced in supporting and configuring INFOR Time & Attendance or similar HRIS/time management systems within a global or regional IT function.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth system operations and project delivery.
Capable of managing data integrity, compliance, testing, training, and user support in a structured, detail-oriented environment.
