About This Role
- Lead and develop a global team managing logistics sourcing intelligence across transportation modes including air, ocean, surface, warehousing, and brokerage.
- Own and standardize logistics commercial intelligence frameworks, ensuring consistent analytics practices to support sourcing decisions, cost savings, and commercial governance.
- Drive procurement tool enablement, digital adoption, and AI-enabled analytics to enhance sourcing event execution, spend analytics, and stakeholder collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-16+ years of experience in logistics sourcing, transportation procurement, sourcing intelligence, procurement analytics, supply chain analytics, or related logistics commercial roles with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of logistics commercial workings across multiple modes and deep understanding of Source-to-Contract processes including RFIs, RFQs, supplier evaluation, and negotiation analytics.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as Coupa Sourcing Optimizer or similar procurement platforms and experience with BI tools and analytics (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau); SQL or data querying preferred.
- Hybrid work model requiring approximately 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
