About This Role
- Lead market development and business growth across India specifically in photonics, optics, and laser sectors.
- Manage strategic customer relationships including academic institutions, research organizations, and industrial clients, serving as primary technical contact.
- Drive sales campaigns, conduct commercial negotiations, maintain CRM pipeline, and collaborate closely with global sales, engineering, marketing, and product teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Photonics, Optics, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Strong technical understanding of relevant products and customer application requirements with experience managing complex customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

- Experienced in business development within photonics, optics, or laser technology markets, with familiarity serving academic, research, or industrial customers.
- Capable of leading strategic and technical negotiations, driving sales from opportunity identification through closure.
