About This Role
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly financial tracking including cost accruals, SAP CO allocations, and general ledger review for India CAO F&BM finance.
- Oversee billing operations, finance controls, invoice reviews, and ensure compliance through internal audits and control assessments.
- Manage headcount reporting, hierarchy maintenance, provide ad-hoc financial analysis, and collaborate on tech projects to support leadership reviews and strategic insights.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; CA/MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with monthly management reporting cycles such as EMR and invoice reviews preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP CO allocations mandatory; Databricks & AI knowledge is a plus but not essential.

- Able to independently prioritize workload, manage surge periods, and deliver accurate outputs in a high-pressure environment.
