About This Role
- Lead and manage the MuleSoft Platform team to build and transform technology capabilities impacting business outcomes.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle and ensure delivery aligns with organizational strategic initiatives in a matrixed, global environment.
- Develop strategic technology and workforce plans while fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-13 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Certified MuleSoft Developer certification is mandatory; Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification preferred.
- Experience managing technology initiatives and matrixed teams with knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) and ITIL methodologies.
- Work Experience Required: 8-13 years in relevant technology leadership roles, preferably including software development lifecycle management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership in technology-driven and matrixed environments, especially in enterprise integration or MuleSoft.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or technology organizations is highly preferred, with exposure to cloud platforms and container technologies.
- Strong strategic orientation with abilities in transformation, change management, and collaboration across global teams.
