About This Role
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements specifically for Capital Markets / Securities applications.
- Translate requirements into detailed BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows with focus on securities trading and post-trade processes including trade capture, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), defect analysis, production issue resolution, and ensure compliance with regulatory and securities-processing standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Functional Solution Consultant.
- Strong experience in Capital Markets / Securities IT, including knowledge of securities trading lifecycle and SWIFT, ISO 15022, and/or ISO 20022.
- Mandatory expertise in securities domain areas like trade processing, settlement, clearing, and reconciliation.
- Work Experience Required: 5–10 years in relevant securities IT and business analysis roles.

- Deep understanding of securities domain processes including Equities, Fixed Income, trade capture, custody, and securities services.
- Experienced in working with complex Banking / Financial Services environments involving regulatory/compliance standards.
- Skilled in bridging business users and IT teams, excelling at stakeholder management and translating complex business needs into clear technical specifications.
