About This Role
- Assess customer business requirements and design SAP FICA solutions supporting ERP FICA business processes, focusing on Receivable processes in the Telco Market.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and offshored ABAP developers to develop functional specifications, perform feasibility analysis, functional testing, and provide business support during UAT.
- Manage assigned projects to meet business requirements within agreed timelines and budgets, handling enhancement management, training, and documentation for finance stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of experience in SAP FICA/RMCA with design and configuration expertise in RMCA modules.
- Strong understanding of RMCA/FICA business process flows including Payment Lot, Return Lot, Direct debit Payment Runs, Dunning, Collection agency, Security deposits.
- Education equivalent to a master’s degree in business administration or economics.
- Work Experience Required: 6 to 9 years in SAP FICA/RMCA domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in SAP FICA and Receivables with experience in Billing and invoicing processes specific to Telco Market.
- Experience delivering complex, large scale system solutions in an international environment with understanding of SAP and S4HANA.
- Skilled in managing escalation, risks, estimates, and tasks, with ability to communicate across multifunctional and multinational teams effectively.
