About This Role
- Manage and update firewall policies, NAT rules, and security profiles for Palo Alto and Check Point firewalls.
- Perform L2 troubleshooting and escalation support including VPN configuration and issue resolution.
- Monitor traffic logs and security threats, coordinating with SOC/NOC and executing changes per ITIL processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-7 years total experience with minimum 2+ years hands-on with Palo Alto and Check Point firewalls.
- Strong practical experience with Palo Alto PAN-OS and Check Point R80.x platforms.
- Solid knowledge of NAT, ACLs, routing basics, threat profiles (AV/IPS/URL filtering), and packet capture troubleshooting.
- Work Location: Pune.

- Experienced firewall engineer adept at handling enterprise network security environments with hands-on operational responsibility.
- Capable of collaborating with SOC/NOC teams on real-time threat incident management and escalation.
- Familiar with ITIL processes and maintaining related documentation for enterprise changes and incident handling.
