About This Role
- Design, implement, and manage Aruba WIFI Networks ensuring high-quality connectivity and performance.
- Provide advanced L3 troubleshooting and support for complex wireless network issues involving Aruba and Cisco Meraki devices.
- Conduct system upgrades, performance analysis, and collaborate with network teams to integrate wireless solutions into broader infrastructure.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience including at least 4 years with wireless controllers and Enterprise WIFI domain expertise.
- Strong hands-on experience with Aruba Controllers setup, implementation, and management along with Cisco Meraki.
- Understanding of routing and switching (VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP) and proficiency in wireless protocols (802.11 standards, RF management, wireless security).
- Location requirement: Viman Nagar, Pune (implicit from JD)
