About This Role
- Take L3 ownership of network infrastructure including Cisco and Fortinet devices with responsibility for incident escalation, troubleshooting, and service restoration.
- Manage VLAN, routing protocols (OSPF/BGP/EIGRP), firewall rules, and VPN administration including security hardening and vulnerability remediation.
- Execute firmware upgrades, network migrations, capacity trend analysis, and maintain detailed technical documentation (HLD/LLD, SOP).
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years experience in Cisco switching/routing and Fortinet firewall administration within enterprise networks.
- Strong knowledge of network security, VPN technologies, QoS, firewall management, and MPLS architectures.
- Certifications: Minimum CCNA; preferably CCNP (ENARSI, DC) and Fortinet NSE (4–7).
- Work Experience Required: 5–8 years as specified; ITIL Foundation preferred but not mandatory.
