About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple client projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery meets objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide custom SaaS consulting solutions.
- Maintain communication with clients to provide updates, manage risks, and deliver continuous improvement across client accounts.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in client-facing roles, specifically within B2B SaaS organizations.
- Proficiency in Spanish language, both spoken and written.
- Availability to work night shifts with hybrid work from Gurugram office at least 3 days a week.
- Graduate degree required with strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
