About This Role
- Own end-to-end management and escalation resolution for cybersecurity systems across multiple sites, including NGFW, SSLO, WAF, SLB, VPN, PAM, and related technologies.
- Design, implement, and optimize security policies and high-availability disaster recovery (DR) setups with impact analysis and failover testing.
- Lead coordination with vendors and internal teams for audits, compliance, system tuning, SLA adherence, and 24/7 security infrastructure management at Mumbai Data Centre.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering graduate (B.E./B.Tech.) or MCA/MSc (CS/IT) degree required.
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years focused on cyber security systems and operations.
- Must hold at least one relevant certification: CISSP, CEH Master/Practical, CCSP, or CCNP Routing & Switching/Security.
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week with readiness for 24/7 shift operations; location Mumbai Data Centre.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing multi-site cyber security operations and L2/L3 team resources with knowledge transfer responsibilities.
- Strong hands-on expertise in designing and troubleshooting network security appliances and configurations (Firewalls, Load Balancers, PAM, VPN).
- Comfortable interfacing with multiple stakeholders including OEMs, internal security/network teams, as well as managing audit and compliance cycles.
