Experience with enterprise voice provisioning and switching, including SIP PRI.
Proficiency with packet tracing and analysis tools like Wireshark and Geoprove; ability to work flexible shifts including secure room environments.
Experienced in hands-on provisioning, testing, and migration of complex enterprise network services with operational ownership.
Able to manage escalations, support field teams remotely, and optimize workflows for agile delivery environments.
Capable of effective stakeholder communication in a global, customer-facing role with experience in automation scripting (Excel VBA) considered a plus.
