About This Role
- Manage day-to-day network operations and maintenance across Network/SDWAN/Cloud/security/Unified Collaboration/Mobility/IoT domains impacting platform uptime and incident/problem management.
- Own customer change requests, vendor/OEM interlock, escalation support, and quality review of technical staff work for BFSI projects.
- Lead efforts to automate manual tasks, create SOPs to reduce change errors, and track environment performance ensuring minimal network interruption.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-12 years relevant experience with BFSI projects.
- Mandatory L3 expertise in Fortinet and Viptela SDWAN technologies; Versa SDWAN knowledge optional.
- Graduation degree required.
- Knowledge of bank security hardening and compliance as per RBI guidelines; Fortinet device management via CLI mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational roles with direct accountability for network uptime and incident management in BFSI sector.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills for network, equipment, and service faults including vulnerability assessment reporting.
- Able to lead or individually contribute to teams focusing on operational automation and rigorous SOP enforcement in complex multi-vendor environments.
