Strong hands-on technical skills with Cisco or Aruba enterprise switching platforms, routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, Static), VLANs, HSRP/VRRP/GLBP, WAN/MPLS, and network monitoring tools.
Willingness to work rotational shifts and provide on-call support.
Experienced in managing enterprise branch networks in compliance-driven, SLA-focused environments with incident, change, and problem management.
Technically proficient in Cisco/Aruba routing and switching with knowledge of ITIL processes, audit/compliance support, and security hardening.
Capable of independently handling critical incidents and coordinating cross-functional teams for resolution and network transformation initiatives.
