Experienced in managing large-scale, multi-platform IT infrastructure with hands-on expertise in virtualization, storage, and cloud.
Capable of leading technical projects with clear accountability for upgrades, migrations, backups, and compliance documentation.
Comfortable mentoring junior staff and interfacing with OEM and third-party service vendors to ensure operational excellence.
