Experienced in managing enterprise LAN/WAN/Data Centre environments using Nokia platforms and associated routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.).
Operates effectively in tiered network support models, bridging L1 operations and L3 SMEs with accountability for incident handling and collaboration.
Demonstrates capability to work in operational environments with ownership, handling complex incidents independently and maintaining network uptime.
