Work Environment: 24x7 rotational shifts.
Experienced in first-level cloud support with operational responsibility for cloud monitoring and incident management.
Comfortable working in a 24x7 shift-based environment and coordinating escalations with L2/L3 support teams.
Familiar with ITIL processes, ticketing systems, and basic cloud resource management across major cloud providers.
