About This Role
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, and generate HR reports and MIS for audits and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience Required: 2-5 years in HR operations or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline; MBA HR preferred.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance is mandatory.
- Proficiency in payroll processing, HRIS systems, and advanced MS Excel skills.
