Ensure shipment accuracy, timely movement through operational stages, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Support Shift In-charges in achieving operational targets and assist during peak volumes and contingency situations.
Minimum 10th Standard pass; higher education considered an advantage.
0-2 years experience in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations or similar environments; freshers encouraged to apply.
Physically fit to stand, walk, lift, and move shipments throughout shift with willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Basic English reading, basic computer and handheld scanner/mobile device usage skills; minimum age 18 years.
Operationally focused individual capable of executing front-line shipment processing and logistics tasks accurately and efficiently.
Able to follow strict Standard Operating Procedures and safety protocols with high operational discipline and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, shift-based logistics environment with team collaboration to meet service level agreements.
