Experience supporting highly available customer-facing applications and handling production incidents, root-cause analysis, and performance troubleshooting.
Experienced in production reliability engineering within complex microservices-based and healthcare or regulated application environments.
Able to manage diverse cloud infrastructure components including EKS, networking (VPC, ALB/NLB), storage, secrets management, and observability tooling at scale.
Capable of establishing standardized CI/CD and SRE practices across teams with strong automation and operational excellence focus.
