About This Role
- Research and evaluate next-generation validation and verification tools for certification objectives including DO-178C.
- Design and implement a scalable, maintainable test framework supporting certified and non-certified RTOS testing workflows.
- Develop and execute V&V test cases traceable to system and software requirements, and participate in system-level RTOS tests including automation and CI/CD integration.
Minimum Requirements
- BTech or MTech degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, verification, or validation.
- Good understanding of RTOS concepts (scheduling, concurrency, determinism, resource management).
- Experience or familiarity with DO-178C/DO-178B software lifecycle, verification objectives, and software tool qualification (DO-330) is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in test automation and framework development using languages like Python, C, or C++ in embedded/RTOS environments.
- Comfortable working with certification-required safety standards and building scalable testing frameworks for mission-critical software.
- Able to collaborate and work effectively within Agile Scrum teams and with global software engineering groups.
