About This Role
- Evaluate and recommend validation and verification tools for next-generation RTOS, supporting DO-178C certification objectives across all Design Assurance Levels.
- Architect and develop a scalable, maintainable test framework for certified and non-certified RTOS testing workflows, including automation for continuous integration and regression testing.
- Develop and execute system-level V&V test cases traceable to software/system requirements, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and collaborating with global engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- BTech/MTech degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
- 8+ years experience in software testing, verification, or validation.
- Strong understanding of RTOS concepts such as scheduling, concurrency, and resource management.
- Experience or familiarity with DO-178C software lifecycle and tool qualification processes (DO-330) is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing test frameworks and automating test environments for real-time or embedded systems, preferably RTOS.
- Comfortable working with certification standards, particularly aerospace software safety standards such as DO-178C and associated tool qualification.
- Operates effectively in Agile Scrum environments and collaborates across distributed global engineering teams focused on mission-critical software products.
