Work location: Hybrid role based in Pune with minimum 2 days/week in office.
Strong leadership background managing multiple teams in a complex, multi-national finance environment with focus on compliance and quality.
Experience driving performance through KPIs, service level management, and continuous improvement initiatives in record to report functions.
Experience working cross-functionally and strategically to analyze risks, optimize processes, and balance operational execution with stakeholder management.
