About This Role
- Lead technical ownership and resolution of complex field escalations for StorNext Storage Manager and filesystem components.
- Drive platform modernization for compatibility with major Linux/Windows OS releases and maintain legacy components including snauditlogs, TSM/MSM, and Java-based GUI.
- Architect and maintain build, test, and deployment infrastructure including VM templates and automation for development and release workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years professional systems software development experience in C/C++.
- Deep Linux systems experience with Red Hat and Debian/Ubuntu variants including installation, packaging, networking, and OS troubleshooting.
- Expertise in debugging complex multi-process software failures using GDB, crash dumps, and system logs.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in systems software development.

- Senior hands-on systems engineer with strong ownership across sustaining engineering, customer support, and infrastructure.
- Comfortable with deep debugging, architecture design, customer escalation management, and mentoring QA/development teams.
