About This Role
- Own the governance and enterprise design of complex solution fitment aligning with customer requirements across Network, SDWAN, Cloud & Security, Unified Collaboration, Mobility & IoT domains.
- Lead architecture and fitment of technical solutions, commercial models, and contractual frameworks for large deals and RFPs, ensuring alignment with internal readiness and market competitiveness.
- Coordinate multi-stakeholder collaboration (sales, product, engineering, commercial, delivery) to deliver integrated service designs and manage risks across presales, delivery, and support lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 7-15 years of relevant experience, preferably in enterprise architecture and infrastructure solutions delivery.
- Proficiency in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, presales/sales in domains such as network, cloud, security, IoT, or mobility.
- Work Experience Required: 7-15 years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large RFPs with ability to translate customer/business needs into comprehensive technical and commercial service solutions.
- Capable of collaborating across diverse internal teams and external vendors to develop integrated service models and manage contract discussions.
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate value propositions and conduct design workshops; familiar with Tata Communications product portfolio is a plus.
