About This Role
- Perform daily network operations including troubleshooting, configuration, and implementation for ODC/DC/Customer connectivity.
- Manage Cisco switches (Catalyst, Nexus) and Fortinet firewalls including health checks, policy deployments, VPNs, and configuration changes.
- Coordinate with ISPs/MPLS carriers for bandwidth provisioning and fault management, while maintaining network documentation and backups.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Cisco switching/routing, Fortinet firewall administration, and core TCP/IP networking.
- Knowledge of configuration backup tools and L2/L3 troubleshooting methods (ping, traceroute, log analysis).
- Familiarity with ISP coordination and MPLS/IP architectures.
- Certifications desired: CCNA, Fortinet Network Security Associate; ITIL Foundation preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced network operations professional with hands-on expertise on Cisco Nexus/Catalyst switches and Fortinet firewalls.
- Capable of working with service providers and managing WAN links and VPN configurations.
