About This Role
- Own proactive monitoring and incident management for Network Access Control (NAC) systems including switches, errors, and whitelisting operations handling ~600-1000 requests per year.
- Manage NAC compliance, audits, reports, and system account password rotations with daily/weekly/monthly deliverables and documentation.
- Coordinate with L1 teams for issue resolution and support automation deployments post-development for NAC activities and monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience with 2+ years in IT Service & Incident Management and Vendor Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) mandatory.
- Certifications required: FSCA certification or training minimum, CCNA or equivalent networking certification.
- Experience and knowledge of network security tools such as Splunk, Cisco ISE, Cisco Prime NEs, Cyberark, Forescout, Ansible, ServiceNow, Jira; basic networking skills mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Operationally focused on 1st line defense in network security incident handling and audit trail creation for NAC-related issues.
- Experience working in a Network Operations Center environment with hands-on exposure to network access control and broad network security tools.
- Capable of handling compliance reporting and coordinating cross-team incident resolution with strong communication skills.
