About This Role
- Lead end-to-end large cross-platform risk remediation programs, managing prioritization, delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- Perform systemic issue diagnosis, root-cause analysis, and implement durable fixes while assessing upstream/downstream impacts.
- Own audit and control execution including evidence collection, control testing, and maintaining standards and dashboards to track remediation and control health.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years applied experience or formal training/certification in Infrastructure engineering concepts.
- Program management experience coordinating cross-functional engineering, service delivery, and cybersecurity teams.
- Strong operational rigor with ability to track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate blockers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior audiences for status updates, decision summaries, and audit response coordination.

- Experienced in managing large remediation programs with governance, metrics, and reporting in high-pressure environments.
- Able to drive execution through tracking and follow-ups without direct engineering ownership, focusing on risk reduction and audit evidence.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate audits, regulatory requests, and maintain comprehensive risk and dependency management across multiple teams.
