Minimum 10+ years overall work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent) mandatory.
Strong knowledge of LTE/EPC architecture (MME, SGW, PGW, HSS, PCRF) and working knowledge of 5G Core architecture (AMF, SMF, UPF, UDM, AUSF, PCF, NRF).
Experience in data, signaling, and control plane support and troubleshooting of telecom network systems.
Deep operational expertise in LTE and 5G core network protocols and architectures, with a strong emphasis on telecom signaling and user-plane troubleshooting.
Experienced in high-pressure, 24×7 support environments requiring rapid and precise resolution of complex network issues.
Able to use protocol analyzers and interpret multi-protocol traces to identify and solve failures in large-scale carrier-grade telecom systems.
