About This Role
- Lead the creation and execution of product strategy and roadmap for new AI-first enterprise products from ideation to launch.
- Own product backlog, prioritize features, and manage release planning while collaborating with Engineering, AI/ML, UX, and Delivery teams for scalable AI-native solutions.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate product direction, lead demos, and define success metrics based on feedback and analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years total work experience, with 5+ years in Product Management/Product Ownership in enterprise software or SaaS.
- At least 18-24 months focused on building AI products involving LLMs, Generative AI, AI Agents, or intelligent automation.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad (Work From Office).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; MBA preferred but not mandatory.

- Experienced in launching new AI-first enterprise products with hands-on understanding of AI technologies including LLMs and intelligent automation.
- Capable of working cross-functionally with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate complex customer problems into scalable solutions.
- Has strong product ownership mindset, balancing technical feasibility, customer needs, and business priorities in a startup or high-growth environment.
